Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Visa Logger. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Visa Logger is provided by Aceves Apps. It is an independent app and has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or authority to act for any government or immigration agency.

A planning tool, not official advice

Visa Logger keeps records and performs calculations from dates, limits, policy settings, and other information stored on your device. It does not provide legal or immigration advice, determine your immigration status, decide whether you may enter or remain in a country, or replace an official government decision.

Visa rules can change and may depend on your nationality, passport, visa, residence status, destination, travel history, and the purpose of a trip. A calculation that is correct for one traveler may be wrong for another.

Official sources

The built-in Schengen country list and default 90 days in a 180-day period are based on European Commission information. Review the official short-stay rule and calculator and the current Schengen area and member-country information. Those sources may change after the app is released.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• entering complete and accurate travel dates, limits, and residency information;
• choosing the rules and policy settings that apply to you;
• checking every calculation against current official sources;
• obtaining the visas, permits, passports, and other documents your travel requires;
• making your own decisions about bookings, border crossings, stays, and departures;
• protecting your device, attachments, exports, and unencrypted ZIP backups.

Do not rely on Visa Logger as your only source when a mistake could lead to an overstay, denied boarding or entry, a fine, detention, removal, or other legal or financial consequences. Confirm your situation with the relevant government or a qualified adviser.

Licence and acceptable use

Aceves Apps gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use Visa Logger for lawful personal purposes. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to defeat its security, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Beta software and availability

Test releases may contain bugs, incomplete features, or calculation errors. Aceves Apps may change, suspend, or discontinue features or testing access. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without a promise that it will always be available, error-free, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aceves Apps is not liable for denied boarding or entry, overstays, fines, detention, removal, missed travel, travel disruption, lost data, lost profits, or other losses arising from use of the app, inability to use it, incorrect user input, or reliance on its information or calculations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer right or other liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit.

Your data and third parties

Visa Logger stores app records locally. The Privacy Policy explains how local data, attachments, exports, and backups work. Government sites, storage providers, browsers, and other services you choose have their own terms and privacy practices. Aceves Apps does not control them.

Changes and termination

Aceves Apps may update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will change when that happens. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Aceves Apps may end access if you materially violate these Terms or use the app unlawfully.

Local consumer rights

These Terms do not remove mandatory rights available to you under the law where you live. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest of the Terms remains in effect to the extent allowed by law.
