The short version
Visa Logger does not require an account and does not contain advertising, analytics, or tracking. Aceves Apps does not receive, store, sell, or share your countries, travel dates, notes, tasks, documents, backup files, or app activity on its own servers.
Your information stays on your device unless you deliberately export, back up, open, or share it using another app or storage provider.
Information kept on your device
Visa Logger stores information you enter or select so its features work:
- countries, visa limits, residency dates, and policy-group settings;
- entry and exit dates, travel methods, trip notes, and calculated allowances;
- tasks, links, attachment names, and attachment metadata;
- photos, scans, PDFs, tickets, receipts, or other files you attach;
- app-lock, backup, and last-view preferences.
Structured travel records are stored in a locally encrypted database. The database key is held through the device's secure credential storage. Attachment files are stored in the app's private files area and rely on the operating system's device and app-data protections; Visa Logger does not add separate file-level encryption to attachments.
No developer-operated collection
Visa Logger does not transmit app data to Aceves Apps. It has no developer backend, user-account service, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, crash-reporting SDK, telemetry service, or remote database. Aceves Apps therefore cannot view or recover information stored inside the app.
Camera, photos, and files
Camera access is used only when you choose to photograph a document. Photo and file access is used only when you choose an attachment, backup folder, or backup archive. Selected files are copied into the app's private storage or written to the folder you chose. They are not uploaded to Aceves Apps.
Biometric and device authentication
If you enable app lock, Visa Logger asks the operating system to authenticate you with a supported biometric or device credential. Visa Logger receives only the success, failure, or cancellation result. It does not receive or store biometric templates, fingerprints, facial images, or device passcodes.
Local backups
You can ask Visa Logger to create a ZIP backup in a folder you select. The backup contains your travel records and attachments in portable form. Backup archives are not encrypted by Visa Logger, so choose a storage location you trust and protect the file as you would protect a passport copy.
A folder provider, cloud-drive app, computer-sync tool, or other service you choose may process that backup under its own privacy terms. Aceves Apps does not choose the destination or receive a copy.
Sharing and external links
When you choose to open a saved link or share a file, Android sends it to the browser or app you selected. That third party handles the information under its own privacy policy. Visa Logger does not share anything automatically.
Deleting your data
You can delete visits, countries, tasks, and attachments inside Visa Logger. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it removes the remaining local app data. Files you previously exported, shared, or backed up must be deleted from their destination separately.
Children
Visa Logger is intended for adult travelers and is not directed to children under 13. Aceves Apps does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Security and travel risk
Visa and passport records can be sensitive. Use a device passcode, enable Visa Logger's optional app lock, and keep unencrypted backup archives in a protected location. No storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If Visa Logger's data practices change, Aceves Apps will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will also be reflected in the Google Play Data safety section and, when appropriate, in the app.
